| Agape Fellowship | Jennifer Browning | Event planning ministry that plans and coordinates at least 4 events per year (i.e. bowling, church picnic and Christmas gathering) to engage the congregation in fellowship and fun. |
| Announcements | Shelly Lewis | Provides weekly church announcements during Sunday worship service. |
| Community Engagement | Keith Mitchell | Ministry that engages with the community and offers at least 3 service projects each year for EVM and its members to engage in. |
| Financial Empowerment | Caleb Pennington | Ministry that teaches basic financial principles. |
| IT/Media/Audio Visual | Nigel Summlin | Ministry that develops and maintains EVM church app, video, live streaming, Podcast, etc. |
| Men's Ministry | Pastor Lewis | Ministry that engages with the men of EVM and the community for bible study and special training. |
| Pathfinders | Carolyn Jamison | Ministry that connects by making phone calls or sending cards to check on EVM members and visitors. |
| Radical Hospitality | Sandy Valdes | Ministry that coordinates food for all EVM events. This includes menu planning along with food preparation and serving. |
| Safety Ministry | Chad Capito | Ministry that ensures that EVM members, visitors and it's property are kept safe during all EVM events. This includes Sunday morning worship, bible studies and any event where the church building is accessible by multiple persons. |
| Social Media | Shelly Lewis | Ministry that develops, maintains and updates all EVM social media channels including Facebook and Instagram to keep members and followers informed and encouraged. |
| The Vision Newsletter | Nicolle Racey | Monthly newsletter for EVM members and outlines all past and upcoming events, announcements and member information. |
| Ladies of Vision | LaShawn Capito | Bible study for women held on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. that focuses on women-centered bible studies and teachings. A great place for women to gather, learn and share. |
| Health & Wellness | Carolyn Jamison | Ministry to works with EVM members to display healthy life styles, healthy living, and provides health screenings on the 4th Sunday of each month. |
| New Members Classes | Crystal Banks | Classes that teaches EVM members about why we believe what we believe. |
| Food Pantry | Mike Foster | Food pantry that allows families to register and receive food. The Food Pantry is open on Wednesdays at 5:30pm. |
| Praise & Worship | Dwayne Laynee, Kedada Thompkins | Ministry that coordinates all music efforts for Sunday worship service, including the song of the day and leading the Praise team. |
| Children's Church | Aubrey Geis, Cassandra Steward | Ministry that teaches children about Jesus Christ. Children are able to engage in age-appropriate activities while learning about the Bible and Jesus Christ. Children's church is held on 2nd and 4th Sunday's at 9:45a.m. during worship service. |

| Cleaning Ministry | Sandy Valdes | Ministry that cleans the church building to keep it presentable and acceptable for worship. |
| Intercessory Prayer | Crystal Banks, Dena Dunlap | Ministry that prays for all church prayer requests. Also, leads a weekly prayer call on Wednesdays at 7:00pm |
| Greeters | Devora Ruffin | Greets members and visitors upon entering services |
| Arts & Crafts Ministry | Christal Foster | Ministry that provides arts and crafts opportunities. |
| Photo | Open | Ministry that takes photos of all EVM events and takes headshots of all EVM members and visitors for the church database. |
| Foreign Missions | Pastor Lewis | Ministry that engages in identifying, planning and executing foreign missions trips. |
| Halftime MOJ Men's Retreat | Pastor Lewis | Ministry that helps coordinate the Men of Joy (MOJ) annual Halftime retreat for men only in the Spring. |
| Ministry Coordinator | Shelly Lewis | Oversees all ministries and assists with ministry needs. |
| Trainings/Classes | Shelly Lewis | Ministry that identifies topics and speakers to bring to EVM for members and supporters. Topics can include funeral planning, health topics, estate planning, entrepreneurship, etc. |
| Women's Day | Shelly Lewis | Plans, organizes, and leads all activities for EVM's annual Women's Day held in October. |
